Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement for service of alcoholic beverages
  • Complete knowledge of company policies and service standards
  • Ability to identify and handle intoxicated guests in compliance with company standards
  • Competence in decision-making that benefits guests and staff
  • Maintain knowledge of bar setups, inventory, and property layouts
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Two years experience or training in mixology liquor and food service
  • Knowledge of state liquor laws and regulations
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests courteously and efficiently
  • Assist in maintenance of bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists
  • Create an operation valuing company standards of guest service
  • Ensure every guest contact meets or exceeds expectations to drive repeat business
  • Contribute to a high-energy environment promoting engagement and enjoyment for staff and guests
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members fostering a respectful workplace
  • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, liquor brands, and daily specials and comply with state liquor regulations
