Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement for service of alcoholic beverages
- Complete knowledge of company policies and service standards
- Ability to identify and handle intoxicated guests in compliance with company standards
- Competence in decision-making that benefits guests and staff
- Maintain knowledge of bar setups, inventory, and property layouts
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Two years experience or training in mixology liquor and food service
- Knowledge of state liquor laws and regulations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests courteously and efficiently
- Assist in maintenance of bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists
- Create an operation valuing company standards of guest service
- Ensure every guest contact meets or exceeds expectations to drive repeat business
- Contribute to a high-energy environment promoting engagement and enjoyment for staff and guests
- Communicate effectively with management and team members fostering a respectful workplace
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, liquor brands, and daily specials and comply with state liquor regulations
