Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in bartending or related role
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for processing payments and managing inventory
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and cocktail recipes

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Assist in maintaining bar area equipment through opening and closing checklists
- Provide courteous and efficient service in accordance with company standards
- Uphold the company culture and philosophy in daily operations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs
