GPI is currently seeking highly qualified Bridge Coatings and Coatings Inspectors to join its team and contribute to a variety of projects located throughout Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and other Midwest states. This employment opportunity is anticipated to commence in the Spring and Summer of 2026. The primary role focuses on inspecting bridge coatings to ensure compliance with specifications and applicable codes, with a significant emphasis on inspection in transportation department or municipal projects. The company highly prefers candidates with experience in metalizing and shop inspections, along with familiarity in reviewing contractor submittals, procedures, and hazardous waste plans. These inspectors will be critical in maintaining quality control and safety standards for bridge coating projects. This role may also necessitate travel to multiple job sites and includes the possibility of night shift assignments.
