The company is currently looking to expand its team by hiring a Part-Time Bridal Stylist based in Columbus, Ohio. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping brides find their perfect wedding dress and accessories while providing a personalized and memorable shopping experience. The position reports directly to the Store Manager and is classified as non-exempt with a work schedule that includes availability on Saturdays, Sundays, plus one additional weekday. As a Bridal Stylist, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing designer gowns, assisting brides during one of the most significant moments in their lives, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

The compensation package offers a base pay of $14 per hour supplemented with a competitive commission package, allowing total potential earnings to reach upwards of $32 or more per hour. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized shopping experiences tailored to each bride’s unique preferences and needs. Managing appointments, visual displays, and various store operations will also be integral to your role, in addition to handling sales transactions and assisting with inventory management. Additionally, candidates should have strong English communication skills for reading, writing, and speaking. The physical demands include standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 35 pounds such as mannequins, boxes, and gowns.
