We are currently looking for a passionate Bridal Consultant to join our new Boston location. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for someone who loves bridal fashion and is skilled in delivering exceptional customer service paired with strong sales acumen. The Bridal Consultant will play a pivotal role in ensuring every bride who walks through the store doors receives personalized attention and expert guidance throughout her wedding dress journey. From the initial consultation to the final fitting and delivery, the successful candidate will be deeply involved in creating memorable experiences that celebrate this special milestone in their clients lives. The role also includes operational responsibilities, including stock and inventory management, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring all alterations and fittings meet Rosa Clar's high standards.
This role requires someone with at least three years of sales experience, ideally within bridal fashion or high-end retail, and a genuine passion for the industry. Knowledge of tailoring and personalized sales techniques is highly valued. As the Boston store caters to a diverse population, strong English communication skills are necessary, with Spanish language skills considered a significant plus. Proficiency in digital tools like Excel and other retail systems is expected, alongside a proactive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Job Duties
