Job Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in sales ideally within the bridal fashion or high-end retail sectors
  • Familiarity with tailoring concepts and personalized sales approaches
  • Proficient in English with additional Spanish skills being a plus
  • Comfortable using Excel and other digital retail management tools
  • Demonstrated proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Genuine passion for bridal fashion and delivering excellent customer experiences

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of sales experience preferably in bridal fashion or luxury retail
  • Knowledge of tailoring and personalized sales techniques is a plus
  • Strong English communication skills with Spanish language skills appreciated
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Excel and retail management systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about bridal fashion and customer service

Job Duties

  • Provide personalized service guiding clients through consultations to final dress delivery
  • Drive sales by offering tailored solutions to meet clients' bridal fashion needs
  • Assist with store operations including stock management, inventory control, and supplier coordination
  • Ensure timely alterations and fittings are scheduled and completed
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and customer service in line with Rosa Clara's brand values
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
  • Keep up to date with bridal fashion trends to better assist clients
