Job Requirements
- At least three years of experience in sales ideally within the bridal fashion or high-end retail sectors
- Familiarity with tailoring concepts and personalized sales approaches
- Proficient in English with additional Spanish skills being a plus
- Comfortable using Excel and other digital retail management tools
- Demonstrated proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Genuine passion for bridal fashion and delivering excellent customer experiences
Job Qualifications
- At least three years of sales experience preferably in bridal fashion or luxury retail
- Knowledge of tailoring and personalized sales techniques is a plus
- Strong English communication skills with Spanish language skills appreciated
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Excel and retail management systems

- Passionate about bridal fashion and customer service
Job Duties
- Provide personalized service guiding clients through consultations to final dress delivery
- Drive sales by offering tailored solutions to meet clients' bridal fashion needs
- Assist with store operations including stock management, inventory control, and supplier coordination
- Ensure timely alterations and fittings are scheduled and completed
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and customer service in line with Rosa Clara's brand values
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
- Keep up to date with bridal fashion trends to better assist clients
