Job Requirements

At least three years of experience in sales ideally within the bridal fashion or high-end retail sectors
Familiarity with tailoring concepts and personalized sales approaches
Proficient in English with additional Spanish skills being a plus
Comfortable using Excel and other digital retail management tools
Demonstrated proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Genuine passion for bridal fashion and delivering excellent customer experiences

Job Qualifications

At least three years of sales experience preferably in bridal fashion or luxury retail
Knowledge of tailoring and personalized sales techniques is a plus
Strong English communication skills with Spanish language skills appreciated
Proficiency with digital tools such as Excel and retail management systems

Job Duties

Provide personalized service guiding clients through consultations to final dress delivery
Drive sales by offering tailored solutions to meet clients' bridal fashion needs
Assist with store operations including stock management, inventory control, and supplier coordination
Ensure timely alterations and fittings are scheduled and completed
Maintain high standards of store presentation and customer service in line with Rosa Clara's brand values
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
Keep up to date with bridal fashion trends to better assist clients
