The responsibilities associated with this position include managing guest greeting and seating efficiently, handling all incoming phone calls and reservation inquiries professionally, organizing menus and reservation systems, and ensuring effective communication with customers and other team members. Proficiency with Opentable Reservation software and prior hospitality experience is preferred to meet the fast-paced operational demands.
