The front desk receptionist role at SEV Laser is a vital position that serves as the first point of contact for all clients visiting the clinic. This role demands a professional who is passionate about the beauty industry and customer relations, as they are crucial in creating a welcoming and appreciative environment for clients. The receptionist will be responsible for managing scheduling duties, supporting service education and sales initiatives, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the clinic. In this role, the receptionist is expected to warmly greet clients, efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and provide accurate information regarding treatments, packages, retail items, and ongoing promotions. They will also actively promote services, memberships, and retail products by identifying client needs and recommending suitable treatments or upgrades. The ability to work proficiently with booking and client-management software, preferably Zenoti, is essential. Receptionists at SEV Laser are also tasked with maintaining confidentiality, supporting the maintenance of a clean and organized clinic environment, and assisting with inventory monitoring.

Furthermore, the role includes participation in required service and sales training sessions to uphold SEV’s professional standards and support the onboarding process of new team members. The receptionist will contribute positively to the team culture and help ensure a productive and enjoyable work atmosphere. This position demands regular weekend availability and requires the individual to work up to three days per week from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.50 to $18.50 per hour, augmented by commission sales. Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work up to 3 days per week including weekends
  • Must be available to work from 9:30am-7:30pm each day
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Frequent interaction with clients and team members
  • Exposure to office equipment and cleaning supplies

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Zenoti scheduling software is preferred
  • A positive attitude and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry
  • Comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
  • Ability to work independently
  • Weekend availability required

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet every client entering and exiting the clinic

  • Maintain a clean, stocked, organized front desk and lobby
  • Assist with transitional cleaning of treatment rooms as needed
  • Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies run low
