As a Brewista, you will become a key face of 7 Brew’s brand, engaging directly with customers in a fast-paced drive-thru setting. Your responsibility will be to create personalized interactions, carefully crafting coffee and specialty drinks, and managing transactions accurately. Job Requirements

Create uplifting interactions with customers while taking orders
Work carefully and quickly with espresso, hot water, coffee, dairy, and flavored syrups
Work outside in service lanes under varying weather conditions
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand comfortably for several hours
Perform bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting as necessary
Safely walk between vehicles in the drive-thru while interacting with customers
Use a utility knife safely
Work a flexible schedule with a minimum of three shifts per week
Follow company procedures for time-off requests and availability on weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Ability to create uplifting interactions with customers
Knowledge of espresso, hot water, coffee, dairy, and flavored syrups
Capability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work a minimum of three shifts per week
Commitment to following company procedures for time-off requests and scheduling
Experience in fast-paced customer service environments preferred

Job Duties

Engage directly with customers to confirm and personalize their drink orders
Accurately process payments, provide receipts, and count back change
Prepare drinks and premixes to order, ensuring quality and consistency
Operate with urgency to provide prompt service, even during slower periods
Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions
Know our full menu and assist customers in identifying and ordering their desired drinks
Bring your best self to work and dress appropriately for your service position
Assist with shift-change duties and contribute to maintaining smooth service
Be present and ready to serve customers when your shift begins
Treat both teammates and customers with respect and kindness
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service environment following sanitation regulations
Remain standing for extended periods (typically up to 5 hours)
