The Brewista position is a part-time role that is vital to our daily operations and overall guest experience. Brewistas report directly to their stand management team and shift leaders and are responsible for preparing high-quality drinks, managing orders, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The role demands a high level of energy and positivity, as Brewistas are encouraged to engage warmly with customers, offering personalized service and building meaningful connections. This position requires flexibility in work hours, which may include early mornings starting at 5 a.m., late nights until 11:30 p.m., weekends, and holidays. Pay ranges from $13.50 to $22.00 per hour, reflecting the skills and dedication needed to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

In the Brewista role, you will take orders accurately using our point-of-sale system, prepare a wide variety of drinks and premixes, and ensure every customer leaves feeling valued and satisfied. You will be trained to know the menu thoroughly, assist customers in customizing their orders, and offer thoughtful recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintaining urgency and productivity throughout the shift is essential, even during slower periods when proactive cleaning, stocking, and organization are required. Safety, hygiene, and consistent attendance are critical, as Brewistas must come ready to work in clean attire, with good personal grooming, and fully prepared to contribute to the team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on their feet, interacting with people, and working carefully with hot beverages, glass, and dairy products. Physical stamina is important, as you will be required to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform various movements such as bending, kneeling, and twisting to maintain the stand’s cleanliness and stock levels. You will also need to navigate safely around vehicles in the drive-thru line and handle tools like utility knives responsibly.
