We are a part-time role offering competitive wages ranging from $13.50 to $22.00 per hour. Our Brewistas operate within a collaborative environment, reporting directly to stand management and shift leaders, ensuring seamless communication and operation of each shift.

Your role encompasses crafting delicious coffee drinks with precision and care, efficiently taking and processing orders, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and stock. Brewistas are expected to maintain impeccable personal presentation and hygiene, bringing their best selves to work every day. Whether engaging with customers through friendly conversation or supporting teammates during busy shifts, Brewistas are ambassadors of kindness and quality. The job requires flexibility in scheduling, with shifts that may begin as early as 5 a.m. and extend until 11:30 p.m., including weekends and holidays when needed. This flexibility ensures that we can provide exceptional service during peak hours and special occasions.
