The Brewista’s duties include conversational engagement with customers to confirm and accurately process orders using the point of sale system, collecting payments and managing change accurately, and preparing all menu items including specialty drinks and premixed flavors. Upholding a sense of urgency and productivity even during slower periods is crucial to this role alongside maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and adhering to safety and sanitary standards. Brewistas are expected to develop genuine relationships with customers through warm smiles and positive body language, understand the menu deeply, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance the customer's experience. Moreover, Brewistas must be punctual, dress appropriately, and support the team by completing shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores with dedication.

This role demands a high level of physical capability, requiring the ability to work outdoors regardless of weather, stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and safely handle equipment like stepladders and utility knives. Flexibility in working schedules is essential, with requirements including a minimum of three shifts per week, weekend and holiday availability, and adherence to company protocols for time-off requests.
