Job Requirements
- Works a flexible schedule
- Works a minimum of three shifts per week
- Follows company procedure for communicating time off requests
- Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary
Job Qualifications
- Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers for up to five minutes at a time
- Can work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
- Can work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather conditions
- Can lift up to 50 lbs
- Can stand comfortably for hours at a time
- Can climb a ladder and use a stepladder
- Can stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean in the stand
- Can safely walk in between and around cars in the drive-thru line
- Can safely use a utility knife
Job Duties
- Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly key in orders to the point of sale system
- Collect payments for orders and accurately count change back to customers
- Prepare all drinks and premixes efficiently
- Move with urgency to serve customers promptly
- Stay productive and proactive throughout entire shifts, even during slow business periods
- Create personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and positive body language
- Know the menu and drink offerings thoroughly and assist customers in ordering desired drinks
- Dress appropriately and bring their best self to work each day
- Be familiar with shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores and execute tasks as needed
- Always clock in and be ready at their assigned position when shift begins
- Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and sanitation regulations
