Job Requirements

Works a flexible schedule
Works a minimum of three shifts per week
Follows company procedure for communicating time off requests
Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary

Job Qualifications

Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers for up to five minutes at a time
Can work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
Can work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather conditions
Can lift up to 50 lbs
Can stand comfortably for hours at a time
Can climb a ladder and use a stepladder
Can stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean in the stand
Can safely walk in between and around cars in the drive-thru line
Can safely use a utility knife

Job Duties

Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly key in orders to the point of sale system
Collect payments for orders and accurately count change back to customers
Prepare all drinks and premixes efficiently
Move with urgency to serve customers promptly
Stay productive and proactive throughout entire shifts, even during slow business periods
Create personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and positive body language
Know the menu and drink offerings thoroughly and assist customers in ordering desired drinks
Dress appropriately and bring their best self to work each day
Be familiar with shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores and execute tasks as needed
Always clock in and be ready at their assigned position when shift begins
Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and sanitation regulations
