Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Ability to maintain good hygiene and dress according to company standards
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform safety procedures and follow sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions
- Can work carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
- Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capable of working on feet for extended hours
- Able to climb ladders and use stepladders
- Comfortable with bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting to stock and clean
- Able to safely navigate drive-thru lines on foot
- Skilled in safely using a utility knife
Job Duties
- Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and correctly key them into the point-of-sale system
- Collect payments for orders and accurately count back change
- Prepare all drinks and premixes
- Move with urgency to meet customer timing
- Stay productive and proactive throughout the shift
- Build personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and warm smiles
- Know the menu and drink customizations thoroughly and offer suggestions
- Maintain good hygiene and dress appropriately
- Complete shift change duties and checklists
- Arrive clocked in and ready to work
- Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
- Follow safety and sanitation regulations
