The Brewing Apprentice role at Anheuser-Busch is a critical position within the Brewing Department, designed for individuals eager to start or grow their careers in brewing. The role demands adherence to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), rigorous sanitation standards, and plant safety. The apprenticeship also offers experience in lean manufacturing, teamwork, and industrial technology use, including Microsoft Office tools. Shift schedules rotate based on seniority, with work hours ranging between 8 and 12 hours during afternoons, evenings, and midnight shifts.
