Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum age of 21 years
- prior customer service or bartending experience recommended
- knowledge of craft beer preferred
- part-time availability not exceeding 29 hours per week
- must obtain valid bartending license if serving alcohol
- no alcohol consumption during shifts
- availability on weekends including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- compliance with a 90-day probationary work period
- adherence to company safety and conduct policies
- ability to perform physical job duties including lifting 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency degree
- minimum of 21 years of age
- previous customer service, bartending, or related experience is highly recommended
- knowledge of craft beer varieties and ingredients preferred
- ability to obtain and maintain a Georgia state bartending license if performing bartending duties
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- physical ability to perform required tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Deliver exemplary customer service to all tour patrons
- observe all safety rules and regulations at all times
- monitor customer behaviors to ensure adherence to safety protocols
- complete daily operational tasks assigned by supervisors or management
- display professionalism and teamwork to enhance the tour and event experience
- work mandatory events such as Hop Harvest and Terrapin Anniversary
- assist with Gift Shop maintenance and operations
- help with event setup and execution
- frequently reach, twist, stand, and walk during shifts
- lift up to 25 pounds
- run register and handle cash accurately
- greet customers and explain tour and tasting guidelines
- perform pre-tour and event setup and cleanup including sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, moving kegs, cleaning windows and grounds maintenance
- check IDs and issue wrist bands
- perform other duties as assigned
