A Brewery Ambassador is responsible for improving customer experiences by engaging guests, providing detailed explanations about the brewery tours, and ensuring safe and enjoyable visits. They work closely with the Brewery Events Supervisor and Brewery Events Manager, supporting daily operations, securing the safety of all patrons, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. This role also involves assisting with the operations of the Gift Shop, managing point-of-sale transactions, and aiding in the setup and cleanup of events and tours. The position demands physical stamina to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds during shifts that last three to four hours.
