Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to reach emergency equipment in overhead bins
- Must have adequate head clearance in the cabin
- Ability to sit and buckle into aircraft jumpseats
- Neat and well-groomed appearance
- Service-oriented mindset
- Adhere to CDC hygiene standards
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking English
- Pass vision and hearing tests
- Complete security screening training
- Pass DOT drug test
- Pass TSA fingerprint and background checks
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Legal right to travel internationally
- Current passport with 6 months minimum validity
- Capability to serve alcohol
- Willingness to relocate if operationally required
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Ability to report to assigned base and trips
- Ability to work reserve assignments
- Self-starter with positive attitude
- Adherence to appearance policies regarding piercings, tattoos, and jewelry
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins
- Ability to sit in the E190 and A220 jumpseat with seatbelts
- Neat, well-groomed, and capable of creating a positive impression
- Service-oriented with strong hygiene standards
- Proficient in English communication
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- Successful completion of security screening training
- Pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check and company background check
- Legal right to work and travel freely in the U.S.
- Current passport with at least six months validity
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Willingness to relocate if necessary
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights and holidays
- Ability to work designated base and reserve assignments
- Positive attitude and strong motivation
- Compliance with company appearance and tattoo guidelines
Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience including welcoming Guests and assisting with seating and luggage
- Remain positive and kind to ensure Guests feel valued and appreciated
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Stay calm under pressure and resolve high-stress situations
- Collaborate effectively and communicate respectfully with other Team Members
- Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
- Adapt to schedule changes due to operational or weather-related factors
- Stay current with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and personal responsibility
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette in and outside the cabin
- Assist other departments if necessary
- Use and explain Breeze's inflight technology effectively
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages observing hygiene standards
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and organization
- Provide emergency and evacuation instructions to Guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care when required
- Control personal and emotional responses under stress
- Conduct security screenings
- Complete Autism Awareness Training
- Comply with FAA and DOT travel regulations
- Meet performance standards aligned with company values
