Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Must live within two-hour driving distance from Charleston International Airport
  • Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins
  • Adequate head clearance in the cabin
  • Ability to use and buckle into the E190 and A220 jumpseat harness and lap belt
  • Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Must pass TSA fingerprint-based background check and Breeze background check
  • Must pass vision and hearing test
  • Ability to perform physically with lifting luggage and pushing/pulling carts up to 60 pounds
  • Must adhere to CDC hygiene standards
  • Ability to communicate and read safety announcements in English
  • Must pass security screening training
  • Able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Willingness to assist in different departments
  • Ability to handle stressful and emergency situations
  • Compliance with FAA and DOT regulations

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance capable of making a positive impression
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
  • Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
  • Ability to successfully complete security screening training
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Legal right to travel without restriction to and from the U.S.
  • Current passport with at least six months validity
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Flexible to relocate if needed
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Ability to report to assigned base and work reserve assignments
  • Positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Compliance with company guidelines on piercings, tattoos, and uniform appearance

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional guest experience by warmly welcoming guests onto the aircraft and assisting with seating and luggage stowage
  • Remain positive and kind to ensure guests feel valued and appreciated
  • Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other team members
  • Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
  • Remain flexible and adaptable to changes in schedules due to operational or weather delays
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines
  • Assist in other departments if necessary
  • Use, implement, and explain Breeze's inflight technology
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages while practicing the highest hygiene standards
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organizational standards
  • Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures to guests
  • Administer first aid and medical care in emergencies
  • Control personal and emotional responses and act appropriately under stress
  • Conduct security screenings
  • Complete Autism Awareness Training
  • Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
  • Achieve performance measures and uphold Breeze Aviation Group values of safety, kindness, integrity, ingenuity, and excellence
