Job Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
  • Must meet height requirements to safely reach and head clearance in cabin
  • Ability to sit and buckle into flight attendant jumpseat seatbelt and lap belt
  • Neat, well-groomed, and able to make a positive impression
  • Service-oriented
  • Must adhere to CDC hygiene standards
  • Fluent in English for communication
  • Pass vision and hearing tests
  • Successfully complete security screening training
  • Pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check and company background check
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Legal right to travel without restrictions
  • Hold current passport with at least six months validity
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Willingness to relocate if operationally required
  • Able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Able to report for work in assigned base
  • Able to work reserve assignments
  • Self-starter with positive attitude
  • Nose piercings restricted to certain studs
  • No other facial piercings except allowed nose stud
  • No teeth embellishments
  • No more than two earrings per ear

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins
  • Adequate head clearance to meet cabin height requirements
  • Ability to sit and buckle into flight attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
  • Neat and well-groomed with the ability to make a positive impression
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Adherence to highest hygiene standards as outlined by CDC
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English including safety communication
  • Passing vision and hearing tests
  • Successful completion of security screening training
  • Passing DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Passing TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check and company background check
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. and travel without restriction
  • Current passport with minimum of six months prior to expiration
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Willingness to relocate based on operational needs
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
  • Ability to report for assigned base and trips
  • Ability to work reserve assignments
  • Positive attitude and self-starter
  • Nose piercings limited to small studs per company guidelines
  • No facial piercings except allowed nose studs
  • No teeth embellishments in uniform
  • No more than two earrings per ear while in uniform

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional guest experience by warmly welcoming guests onto the aircraft and assisting with seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, and information requests
  • Remain positive and be kind to ensure guests feel valued and appreciated
  • Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other team members
  • Stay approachable and accommodating by monitoring the cabin regularly
  • Remain flexible to accommodate operational, weather-related, and unforeseen delays
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette both in and out of the cabin
  • Assist in other departments when necessary
  • Use, implement, and explain Breeze's inflight technology
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while practicing high hygiene standards
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organizational standards
  • Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care in emergencies
  • Control personal and emotional responses and act appropriately under stress
  • Conduct security screenings
  • Complete autism awareness training
  • Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
  • Achieve performance measures and uphold Breeze's values of safety, kindness, integrity, ingenuity, and excellence
