The role of Breckenridge Bourbon Club Attendant is vital in supporting the event operations team to ensure flawless execution of services within the club. Attendants are responsible for a variety of tasks including setting up the event space, transporting equipment, food, and supplies, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness and order during and after events. Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Team/ServSafe Certification (will be trained and certified upon hire as needed)
- ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (will be trained and certified upon hire as needed)
- Ability to push a cart that weighs up to 50lbs through doorways and over carpet
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- Ability to work shifts that are 6 to 10 hours in length
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintaining the standards of operation as required by management
- Set food and beverages in buffets according to premium service standards, setting appropriate utensils, sauces etc.
- Transport and deliver food and beverage with all vital supplies and equipment
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
- Replenish food and beverage products during the event
- Break down and clean area after the conclusion of the events and return equipment to accurate storage areas
- Bus and clean as necessary throughout the club spaces
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests’ needs and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Take appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets
- Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business-related activities and attend meetings, as required
