Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work early morning shifts beginning as early as 6:00 am
- availability to work until 5:00 pm
- capacity to perform multiple tasks efficiently
- good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
- ability to follow food safety standards and company procedures
- strong communication skills
- positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to learn food preparation and safety procedures
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- previous customer service experience is a plus
- willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- ability to operate cash registers and handle money accurately
- teamwork and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Operating the grill, fry and sandwich stations following all procedural and food safety standards
- coordinating, assembling and presenting customer orders including bagging and tray assembly
- operating cash registers and handling customer payments according to company policies
- interacting with customers in a prompt and courteous manner
- completing assigned cleaning tasks
- restocking and cleaning work stations throughout the shift
- prepping food products such as bacon, vegetables and condiments for sandwich stations
- performing cleaning and preparation duties required to open the restaurant for breakfast and prepare for lunch
