The position requires flexibility, as shifts can start as early as 6:00 am and end as late as 5:00 pm depending on business needs. You will be responsible for operating various stations such as the grill, fryers, and sandwich assembly while adhering strictly to Wendy's food safety and procedural guidelines. The role also encompasses cashier duties, maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, restocking necessary items, and efficiently coordinating customer orders, including those for dine-in, drive-thru, mobile, and delivery customers.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to work early morning shifts beginning as early as 6:00 am
  • availability to work until 5:00 pm
  • capacity to perform multiple tasks efficiently
  • good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to follow food safety standards and company procedures
  • strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to learn food preparation and safety procedures
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • previous customer service experience is a plus
  • willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
  • ability to operate cash registers and handle money accurately

Job Duties

  • Operating the grill, fry and sandwich stations following all procedural and food safety standards
  • coordinating, assembling and presenting customer orders including bagging and tray assembly
  • operating cash registers and handling customer payments according to company policies
  • interacting with customers in a prompt and courteous manner
  • completing assigned cleaning tasks
  • restocking and cleaning work stations throughout the shift
  • prepping food products such as bacon, vegetables and condiments for sandwich stations
  • performing cleaning and preparation duties required to open the restaurant for breakfast and prepare for lunch
