The current opportunity is open for a Breakfast Shift Manager at one of Calhoun Management's Wendy’s restaurants. This pivotal role centers around the brand new and innovative breakfast menu that Wendy's has recently launched, designed to be unique and highly appealing to customers. This new initiative aims to change consumer habits by encouraging them to make Wendy's their favorite morning stop. The Breakfast Shift Manager plays a critical leadership role in operating the restaurant during morning hours, focusing specifically on breakfast service. This position requires an early riser who is ready to lead a team in providing exceptional service and maintaining top-quality food offerings during this key daypart.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service or management preferred
  • Ability to work early morning hours
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Duties
