Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- friendly and approachable demeanor

- master the menu by learning the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials to help guests and answer their questions confidently
- serve with efficiency and care by taking food and beverage orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and delivering completed orders promptly with attention to detail
- manage the food service station by ensuring it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized
- comply with regulatory standards by maintaining health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
