The Guest Service Expert position at Renaissance Hotels is an integral role designed to enhance the overall dining experience of guests. This part-time, non-management position is based at the Renaissance Dallas Plano Legacy West Hotel located at 6007 Legacy Dr, Plano, Texas. The role offers an opportunity for individuals motivated by guest satisfaction and hands-on teamwork to contribute actively to the food and beverage service. The Guest Service Expert goes beyond merely serving food; they help craft a unique and memorable meal experience that encourages guests to return.

Responsibilities include setting tables, receiving and communicating orders with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas. The position demands physical stamina, as it involves standing, walking, and moving over various surfaces for extended periods. Additionally, the role requires lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance, as well as bending, twisting, and reaching.
