The Cambria Bloomington - Mall of America, part of the Choice Hotels family, is currently seeking a Server to join their dynamic restaurant team. This position offers an hourly wage between $14.00 and $15.00 plus tips, highlighting a competitive compensation package in the hospitality sector. As a Server at Cambria Bloomington, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding guest experiences by leading and supervising the restaurant team, managing day-to-day restaurant and banquet operations, and ensuring that the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence are maintained consistently.

Your responsibilities will extend to maintaining an inviting and clean dining environment by efficiently clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, as well as polishing silverware and folding linens to uphold the restaurant's elegant ambiance. By supporting the service team as needed and preparing beverage stations, including brewing coffee and setting out condiments, you will help sustain smooth restaurant operations across all shifts.
