The role of Part-Time Hotel Breakfast Server at DoubleTree by Hilton Greensboro Airport offers an engaging opportunity within a dynamic hospitality team. The Hotel Breakfast Server will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, assisting with seating, taking orders, and providing prompt, friendly service. Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to available seating
- Take drink and food orders if offering a la carte service
- Answer questions about the menu and accommodate dietary restrictions when possible
- Provide prompt and friendly service, ensuring guests have everything they need
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet or table service area
- Refill food, beverages, and condiments as needed
- Deliver hot or special orders efficiently
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Keep tables, counters, and the buffet area clean and well-stocked
- Clear used dishes and reset tables quickly
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Work closely with the kitchen and hotel staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Break down and clean up the breakfast area after service ends
- Store leftover food properly or dispose of waste as required
