The role of the Bistro Server at RAM Hotels offers an exciting opportunity to be the face of the hospitality experience. This position requires a friendly, energetic, and professional individual who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. As a Bistro Server, you will be responsible for creating stellar guest experiences by efficiently taking orders, preparing food and drinks, and ensuring that every guest’s needs are anticipated and met with warmth and professionalism. This role involves extensive interaction with guests, acting as a concierge by providing recommendations on local attractions, nightlife, and entertainment. The Bistro Server operates the point of sale system accurately while maintaining compliance with food safety guidelines and brand standards. Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting work environment is essential to this position.
The Bistro Server is not only about serving food and beverages but also about embodying the RAM Hotels brand's values, including attentiveness, hospitality, and responsiveness. This role supports the overall restaurant team by completing brand-specific training, adhering to health and safety protocols, and helping resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have at least six months of experience in food and beverage service, excellent customer service skills, and a stable work history. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory. Must be flexible to work various shifts including weekends, able to work on feet throughout the entire shift, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. The position demands the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-heat environment while maintaining poise and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
- Preferably 6 months experience in food and beverage service
