Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must obtain and maintain Food Handler's Certification
One year experience in hotel or related hospitality role
Ability to work a varied schedule including holidays, weekends, and nights
Physical ability to continually reach, bend, lift up to 45 pounds, carry, stoop, and wipe during entire shift
Strong communication skills
Eligibility to work in the United States
Pass background checks
Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Must obtain and maintain Food Handler's Certification
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred, especially in full-service hotel
Familiarity with POS systems such as Infrasys POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
Excellent customer service and guest relations skills with a friendly demeanor
Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and sales revenue
Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction processing
Hospitality background with an emphasis on Hilton brand knowledge

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service during breakfast hours
Review SRP list to confirm breakfast eligibility
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Infrasys POS
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Handle cash and process payments accurately using POS or cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Assist with setting up dining areas, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness of service stations
Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally
Support food preparation and kitchen staff as needed, adhering to food safety standards
Assist with rolling silverware during downtime
