This full-time, non-management position is based at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas Las Colinas within the Knife Italian restaurant, with a preferred day shift schedule. The role is designed to support the hotel’s mission of creating unique and memorable experiences for guests beyond just serving food and drinks. The Guest Service Experts are responsible not only for delivering exceptional food and beverage service but also for enhancing the overall guest experience by anticipating needs and offering comprehensive service. This includes setting tables, coordinating with kitchen staff, interacting warmly with guests, and maintaining clean, organized work and storage areas. The position demands a proactive, energetic individual capable of standing, walking, and moving safely on various surfaces for long periods. They must be able to lift, carry, push, and place items weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance, access high or low areas, and perform movements involving bending, twisting, reaching, and stooping.
