Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment

- Reliable, organized, and team oriented
- Comfortable using POS and restaurant systems
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure correct presentation
- Check back with guests and ensure satisfaction throughout the meal
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas
- Assist with resetting tables and supporting teammates as needed
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
- Handle payment transactions and follow proper cash handling procedures
