The Guest Service Expert role at AC Hotels is a vital front-line position designed to enhance the overall dining and hospitality experience for guests. This role is part-time and non-management, requiring flexibility to work day shifts during weekdays and weekends. The primary responsibility of the Guest Service Expert is to ensure that every aspect of the guests' food and beverage experience is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.
