- Experience in food and beverage service preferably in a full-service restaurant
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
- flexibility to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
- positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- knowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendations

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- take accurate food and drink orders offering suggestions and recommendations
- deliver food and beverages promptly ensuring all orders are correct and meet high standards
- monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly and courteously
- maintain a clean and organized dining area including setting and clearing tables
- process payments and handle transactions with accuracy
- assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events
- take on additional duties as assigned by management to support smooth operation of the restaurant
