The role available is a management position focused on running the new Breakfast daypart efficiently and with high standards. This position entails managing and operating the breakfast shift to ensure that the daypart runs smoothly and meets Wendy's renowned standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness at all times. This job is critical in helping the franchise take market share from competitors by delivering an outstanding breakfast experience every day. As a breakfast shift manager, you will oversee setting up for the breakfast shift, managing a staff size of three to seven team members during this time, and ensuring a seamless transition from breakfast to lunch service every day.
