Job Duties

  • Oversee breakfast shift operations ensuring smooth and efficient service

  • Maintain food quality standards and ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
  • Collaborate with management to meet restaurant performance goals
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and productivity
  • Manage inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels for breakfast service
