Currently, Hilton Garden Inn Seattle North/Everett is looking to hire a skilled Breakfast Line Cook to join their growing restaurant team. This is a part-time position scheduled from Monday to Thursday, with early morning shifts starting at 5 AM and ending at 11 AM. The restaurant operates breakfast service hours from 6 AM to 10 AM, during which the breakfast line cook plays a critical role in delighting guests with nutritious, visually appealing, and flavorful meals.
In this role, the Breakfast Line Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting food according to established Hilton recipes and production standards. - Minimum 1-year experience cooking at a restaurant or full-service hotel preferred
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays depending on business needs

Job Duties
- Prepare or direct preparation of food served using established production procedures
- Determine amount and type of food and supplies required using production systems
- Learn menus, recipes, preparation, and presentation
- Comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards
- Correctly prepare all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders
- Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality, temperature, and appearance of food is preserved
- Keep work area neat and clean at all times
- Clean and maintain equipment used in food preparation
- Prep all food for next shift and for the following day
- Work with servers to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints about food service as needed
- Other duties as assigned
