Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospitality or food service experience preferred
- ability to work early mornings and flexible schedule including weekends
- reliable transportation
- physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for prolonged periods
- completed brand-required training
- commitment to hygiene and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in hotel or restaurant with a major brand preferred
- exceptional people skills with ability to train others efficiently
- proficient with inventory control and waste management
- professional communication skills in English
- ability to adhere to brand standards and policies
Job Duties
- arrive at work early to prepare breakfast service
- prepare and serve various coffee types and stock coffee stations
- heat and prepare hot foods to proper temperatures
- set up bakery and cold food items for buffet
- monitor and replenish food levels during service
- greet and assist guests in the breakfast area
- clean and break down breakfast setup post-service
