Job Duties
- Prepare all breakfast items according to instructions ensuring proper sanitation methods are used
- Greet guests promptly warmly and courteously
- Restock and clean condiment areas empty trash and recycling as needed
- Bus and clear tables in dining area to maintain a clean environment
- Keep equipment operating by following instructions troubleshooting breakdowns and performing preventive maintenance
- Assist with inventory counts and ordering as requested by management
- Ensure all food handling safety and sanitization protocols are followed at all times
- Promptly respond to guest requests
- Wash and clean dishes used during service clean kitchen area rotate stock to ensure freshness
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas service stations and workspaces
- Complete pre and post-shift responsibilities including stocking cleaning and mopping floors
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged equipment
- Maintain professionalism with coworkers and guests
- Take orders accurately seek clarification enter orders into POS system and process payments as required in some locations
