The establishment prides itself on fostering a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and appreciated, contributing to a memorable stay. As a prominent player in the hotel industry, the company focuses on continuous improvement, guest satisfaction, and adherence to quality assurance protocols and health regulations. Employees at this hotel play a key role in delivering outstanding hospitality services in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The position is that of a Hotel Service Assistant primarily responsible for ensuring a superior dining experience by setting up and managing the "On the House" hot breakfast service each morning in compliance with the hotel franchise guidelines. The role involves interacting with guests to deliver fast, courteous, and personalized service that encourages repeat business. This position requires a flexible individual willing to perform various tasks as needed, maintaining a clean work environment aligned with County Health Codes and the hotel’s quality standards. A successful candidate will demonstrate emotional intelligence by managing disruptive emotions and impulses, staying composed and focused under pressure, and showing respect for a diverse and multicultural guest environment. They will also be expected to communicate effectively with management by providing feedback, ensuring food service quality, and upholding safety standards. The hotel values individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to their service delivery. Employees should be comfortable working on their feet for the entire shift in a fast-paced setting and possess a flexible work schedule that accommodates weekend and varied shift hours. Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles is preferred, and a stable work history is important to maintain consistency and dependability in service quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry, as well as the ability to manage database systems. Employment may be contingent upon passing a test on the hotel's reservation system (PMS) following training, with a minimum score requirement of 80 percent. The hotel is a smoke-free property and values candidates who can speak the guests' preferred languages, support organizational and administrative functions, and contribute to sales efforts.
