Job Requirements
- Exhibits strong customer service skills including multi-tasking
- Must be able to begin work by 5:30AM
- Be outgoing and engaging with guests to ensure a great breakfast experience
- Open to cross-training and assisting in other departments as necessary
- Must be capable of high-quality food cooking and preparation each morning
- Approved Food Handlers Certificate required
Job Qualifications
- Valid Food Handlers Certificate
- Previous experience in food preparation or breakfast attendant role preferred
- Strong customer service skills including multi-tasking
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Knowledge of Marriott Rewards program and hotel amenities
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
- Prepare and cook breakfast foods on a daily basis following all Marriott required standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area
- Setting up and breaking down breakfast area including proper storage or disposal of any left-over items from breakfast
- Keep all food items stocked organized and maintained during breakfast
- Maintain organization and food safety standards of all food storage areas
- Promptly effectively and empathetically assist with guest requests
- Be very knowledgeable of Marriott Rewards program and promotions
- Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff room locations and amenities of the hotel
- Be knowledgeable of the local area including shopping entertainment and dining
- Complete any other related task given by manager
