Job Duties

Prepares and cooks a variety of breakfast items according to established recipes, quality standards, and guest preferences
Sets up and maintains the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh, replenished, and attractively displayed throughout service hours
Monitors food levels, temperatures, and quality, replenishing items promptly to meet guest demand
Ensures strict food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met, including proper food handling, storage, and waste management
Interacts with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner, addresses their needs, and responds to requests with genuine hospitality
Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the entire breakfast area, including dining tables, serving stations, and kitchen equipment
Manages inventory of breakfast supplies, notifies management of shortages, and assists with ordering and receiving as needed
Organizes and prioritizes tasks effectively to ensure timely service and efficient operations during peak breakfast hours
Collaborates seamlessly with other team members to deliver a cohesive and positive guest experience
