The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent breakfast cooking skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced diner kitchen during busy service hours. Responsibilities will include following recipes diligently, adhering to portion control, and consistently maintaining food quality. Additionally, the Line Cook will be expected to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, complying with all food safety and sanitation regulations. Collaboration with servers and other kitchen staff is critical to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
