Job Requirements

Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages
Ability to speak, read, and write the English language to communicate with the guest, take orders, understand the menu, and promote specials
Ability to remember, recite, and promote a variety of menu items
Ability to transport trays through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout shift
Must adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed
Maintain a positive attitude throughout shift
Work as a team player
Ability to remain motivated during busy and slow periods within shift
Cash handling and self-banking position, requires ability to maintain funds and accurately count back change
Ability to operate a keyboard and learn Point of Sale procedures to pre-check an order and close out a check

Job Duties

Greet guests in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner
Learn all menu items, take orders and input orders into Point of Sale system
Replenish beverages as requested, frequently check back with guests to inquire about satisfaction
Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift
Present guests with the check promptly, thank them and invite them to return in a friendly demeanor
Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
