Job Requirements

  • must have customer service experience
  • must have schedule flexibility for am shifts, weekends and holidays
  • requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
  • ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
  • must be able to multi-task
  • a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)

Job Duties

  • greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast and guest areas
  • manage the Hotel Host Stand and assist with guest check-in and check-out
  • operate and service the Bakery Café and Guest Kitchen
  • maintain and clean the e-room and TV den
  • assist in servicing meeting rooms
  • ensure compliance with hotel policies and health standards
