With a commitment to excellence and innovation, Hilton has established itself as a trusted brand dedicated to providing outstanding service, comfort, and memorable stays to travelers of all types. The company prides itself on fostering a culture that values its associates, promotes career growth, and embraces sustainability practices.

The role of a Breakfast Attendant at Hilton is an essential position within the food and beverage team, focused on preparing and maintaining the breakfast bar for hotel guests. This part-time or full-time hourly position, offering $17.00 per hour, requires the individual to greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner that aligns with Hilton's brand standards and sustainability initiatives such as the EarthView program. The Breakfast Attendant plays a key role in ensuring that food displays are attractive and clean, contributing to a positive dining experience that enhances guest satisfaction scores.

In this role, the associate is responsible for carrying food, dishes, trays, and silverware from the pantry to serving counters; setting up enticing food displays; wiping tables; scraping and stacking dirty dishes; cleaning spilled food and debris; maintaining adequate supplies including glassware and condiments; filling beverage and ice dispensers; and cleaning and polishing the breakfast area. The position requires adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, safe work habits, and a proactive approach to guest service, all while supporting the hotel’s sustainability goals.

Employees in this position have opportunities for growth and promotion within the Hilton brand, with clear pathways to roles such as Restaurant Server, Guest Service Agent, Restaurant Supervisor, or Front Desk Manager. This reflects Hilton’s dedication to nurturing talent and developing leadership from within. The ideal candidate will be motivated to contribute to the team’s success while enhancing their own professional skills in the hospitality sector.

Hilton supports its employees with a comprehensive benefits package including competitive wages, medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k company match, life insurance, travel discounts, commuter benefits, employee wellness programs, educational development, and referral bonuses. The company values a dynamic work environment that may include working holidays and weekends and encourages employees to embrace the values of People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It. Overall, this role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality and keen to build a rewarding career with a globally recognized leader in the hotel industry.
