The company has created a work culture where employees are valued as the core of the guest experience, promoting growth and excellence at every level. HHM is dedicated to fostering an environment that balances outstanding hospitality services with sustainable practices, highlighted through its EarthView program, which guides sustainability initiatives across its properties.

The Breakfast Attendant role at HHM is a vital position focused on preparing and maintaining the breakfast bar for hotel guests. The role demands a friendly and approachable demeanor to consistently provide service that aligns with the brand's hospitality standards and sustainability goals. This is an hourly-wage position, paying $17.00 per hour, offering opportunities for both full time and part time employment. This role is an entry point into the hospitality field with a clear growth path leading to positions such as Restaurant Server, Guest Service Agent, Restaurant Supervisor, or Front Desk Manager.

In this role, the Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up and maintaining food displays in an attractive and clean manner that ensures guest safety and satisfaction. The attendant prepares service areas by stocking condiments, beverages, glassware, and trays while maintaining cleanliness through wiping tables, cleaning spills, and managing waste removal. The duties include careful handling and transportation of dishes and tableware between the kitchen and serving areas and consistent observation to replenish supplies as needed.

The position requires constant awareness of guest satisfaction and involves working to improve scores through attentive service. The Breakfast Attendant practices safe work habits, employs sustainability practices in line with the EarthView program, and follows detailed cleanliness and maintenance procedures to keep dining areas inviting and safe. Overall, the role directly contributes to guest experiences that reflect HHM's values, including People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It.

This job is dynamic and physically engaging, requiring standing for long periods and tasks involving walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Work schedules vary and may include holidays and weekends, reflective of the hospitality industry's demands. HHM supports its employees with competitive wages and a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k matching, and many other perks that encourage both personal and professional growth within the company.
