Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to provide excellent guest service with a friendly demeanor
- knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations
- ability to follow procedures and work independently
- good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning tasks
- availability to work morning shifts
- adherence to uniform and appearance standards
- willingness to undergo training in health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service with a positive and upbeat attitude during breakfast hours
- respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner
- resolve guest complaints regarding the breakfast area and escalate to management when necessary
- maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
- set up and replenish the breakfast buffet including hot food items
- keep the breakfast area clean and stocked, including paper products, glassware, and food items
- follow all federal, state, and local health and safety procedures
- complete training related to security, alcohol, and health and safety guidelines
- clean breakfast area and kitchen daily ensuring sanitation standards
- restock and prepare the breakfast area for the next day
- manage inventory levels and conduct monthly inventory as required
- demonstrate effective communication skills and support a positive work environment
- understand hotel products and services related to food, beverage, and recreation
- perform other duties as assigned
