As a Breakfast Attendant at a Level5 Hospitality managed hotel, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous preparation, service, and upkeep of the breakfast area. This role requires attentiveness, strong customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a welcoming environment for all guests. You will be responsible for preparing the breakfast bar, serving guests in a friendly and professional manner, and ensuring that all brand and hotel standards are consistently met or exceeded. Job Requirements

Level5 high touch service
Flexibility with shifts and scheduling
Must be available weekends and/or holidays
Must have transportation to and from work
Must have stellar attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
Experience working in food service is preferred
Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members

Job Duties

Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast buffet and fresh foods are always available during the service hours
Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary
Clean the breakfast area including tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbage
Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service promptly
Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently
Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment
Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean glassware, dishes, or trays
Fill beverage and ice dispensers
Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers
Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction
Practice safe work habits and use required safety equipment
Performs other related duties as required
