Job Duties
- Set up and replenish breakfast buffet items including hot and cold foods, beverages, and condiments throughout the service period
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and dining utensils
- greet guests warmly, respond to inquiries, and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences
- monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring all items meet health and safety standards
- collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure timely restocking and cleanliness
- report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management promptly
- assist with closing duties such as cleaning and storing food items and resetting the area for the next service
