Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Set up and replenish breakfast buffet items including hot and cold foods, beverages, and condiments throughout the service period
maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and dining utensils
greet guests warmly, respond to inquiries, and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences
monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring all items meet health and safety standards
collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure timely restocking and cleanliness
report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management promptly
assist with closing duties such as cleaning and storing food items and resetting the area for the next service
