The Breakfast Attendant role at Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas/Allen is a vital position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall positive guest experience in the breakfast area. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Ability to stand or remain stationary for 3-4 hours at a time
  • Ability to lift and transport food and beverage boxes up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Must be punctual and adhere to scheduled shifts and breaks
  • Willingness to follow all food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise environments preferred
  • Positive can-do attitude with willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Complete all operational checklists with 100% accuracy each shift
  • Submit timely and accurate shift handover reports
  • Wear a clean, approved uniform and maintain a professional appearance
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
  • Exhibit a can-do attitude and willingness to support various tasks
  • Collaborate effectively to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
  • Clear and sanitize breakfast room tables promptly after each guest
  • Set up breakfast buffet area according to hotel and brand specifications
  • Clean the kitchen daily according to provided checklists
  • Follow all food safety measures per local health codes and brand standards
  • Ensure the breakfast buffet is well-stocked and clean during service period
