Job Duties
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds and sanitizing bathrooms
- restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies
- inspecting rooms for equipment and furniture condition and reporting maintenance issues
- maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of public areas including hallways, lounges, and restrooms
- following proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment
- providing courteous and professional guest interaction and promptly addressing requests and concerns
- handling laundry duties including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
- monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities for timely restocking
- preparing rooms for new guests ensuring standards of cleanliness and comfort are met
